Ray on the Stage
Ray LaMontagne is back on the road! If you’ll remember back to October, he released his newest album, Gossip in the Rain. The album sold more than 60,000 copies and made it up to #3 in the Billboard Charts. Ray Lamontagne tickets for his newest tour are easy to find. Who doesn’t want to hear his raspy voice while he’s singing. According to some people, he learned to sing from the gut rather than through his nose. And his kind of folk rock music has been nominated for many awards. This year, he was nominated for 3 different prizes at the Boston Music Awards: Album of the Year, Act of the Year, and Vocalist of the Year. In the last few years, he’s become known for some charity events that he’s promoted and performed at for victims of Hurricane Katrina, Habitat for Humanity, and breast cancer.
